Collection VFM (unaccessioned) General
Description Red and white meat mincer. Known as "The Buffalo". Patented October 25, 1904 and July 4, 1911. Half a sheep could be minced at one time. It is rumoured the sheep could be minced without boning it first. The mincer is driven by a tractor, or via a belt pulley with an electric motor.
