Description 
L - Yellow sticker number 32: Potato masher. It is wooden, small and fat and full of borer. This masher is in the green jug at Cob Cottage in September 2006 when Steve Austin photographed it in the Pantry. Jenny Pierson, 9 July 2012: Brayshaw's MHS duplicate letter book 1964-65, page 95 has: 2 July 1965. Received from Mrs. R.M. Fleming, Mowat Street, Blenheim. 1 x wooden potato masher. [Source: Archives, Bay 91, Shelf B, Box MHS Correspondence 1964-74.] In a list of the "Contents of Cob Cottage" as found on bay 91/shelf B in box MHS Corresp. & Balance & Files 1967-70, in the folder titled "MHS Correspondence Y/E 31/8/1969" between correspondence dated 16/8/1967 and 7/2/1968, possibly compiled for Fire Insurance purposes, it says, "Potato mashers (2) Mrs. Bob Fleming, Awatere." This masher is on loan to VFM where it still has the number, 0000.800.1574.
