Spirit iron. Has a wooden handle which sits on an oval metal base. Iron is small. Base has two rows of air holes along each side and opening at the back with two screws in it. Missing the spirit tank which would have attached at the back. Spirit irons had a long bar inside which was set aflame using a flamable liquid such as methylated spirit. Donated by Mrs E. Williams.
