Description Girls handmade dress with puff sleeves, in brushed cotton with small blue and white herring-bone pattern. Collar and cuffs are cream with blue whip stiching around outer edges. The collar has blue and pink french knot flowers embroidered on each front. The bodice has a smocked decorative panel with white stiching front and back. A band has been sown under the front smocking and each end extends as a tie to cinch the dress in the back. The dress has an opening in the back with four flower shaped white buttons. Hem has been lowered.
