Description Small Union Jack flag. The flag is supported on a thin metal rod with a chrome knob on the top end. The Flage and pole have been stiched onto a card.

Eliza Fawcett, nee Crook, was given this flag to wave to Queen Victoria when she visited Blackpool in 1867. Eliza was aged five at the time.
