Description A brass cowbell with an iron clapper and leather belt attached to the loop. The belt would have been used to fasten the bell to a cow's neck. Used on cows that grazed in the bush and scrub at Onamalutu.
Stamped on the top of the bell: James Barwell, Birmingham. 4 1/2 in. (bell size)
