Home from Rome after six years' study at the University of Propaganda Fide, Father J. P. Nicholas is visiting his parents, Mr and Mrs J. P. Nicholas, of Maxwell Road. While at the University he earned a Licentiate in Theology. He began his studies for the Priesthood at the Holy Cross College, Mosgiel, in 1951. His parents, formerly of the West Coast, have lived in Blenheim for three years. Father Nicholas left Rome last Friday by air and arrived in Blenheim on Monday. He expects to be appointed to a Christchurch Parish.
