Date 24 Oct. 1928
Abstract Letter which accompanied the book, The war Graves of the British Empire, (see catalogue record 2002.092.0003), from the Department of Internal Affairs, dated 24 October 1928, to Mr. P. Dundon, 49 Bignell Street, Gonville, Wanganui, re: the late 6/1276 - Private W.T. Dundon. Enclosing one copy of Sharapnel Valley cemetery (see catalogue record 2002.092.0038) together with official receipt number 102575 covering the cost (three shillings). Also notes that the soldier they are interested in can be found on page 46. The letter is signed G.P. Newton, Under-Secretary.
