Description Folding typewriter. An early Corona 3 manual portable typewriter in a black case. The case is broken in front. A note inside says it is from Mrs. C. Wrighton, Flat 2, 35 George Street, Blenheim. Has a pink toothbrush inside which has been used as a cleaner. Corona 3, manufactured by Typewriter Company Limited, Groton, New York, U.S.A. Patents on the back are from July 10, 1913 to June 10, 1917. Serial number is 182343.

The Corona 3 Folding typewriter had its centenary on December 31st 2012 [source: blogspot.co.nz].
