Black and white photograph. This picture is reproduced in the book, "Tales of a Tussock Jumper", by Fred Stacey, reprint 2002, on page 20. There it is titled, "Family and friends in 1928 the day Kindsford Smith landed at Woodbourne. Back [left to right]: Eric Davis, Terry Stacey, Bill Stacey, Dad Stacey, Fred Stacey on drum. Front [left to right]: Tony Carpenter, Mum Stacey with arms around her granddaughters Peggy and Betty Schwass, Bob Stacey, David Carpenter. Brian Schwass's legs are visible in the front row. This photograph has been ripped out of something, it has cardboard on the back with a sticker saying "7, 2 prints".
