Steam locomotive, Opouri, hauling logs down the tramline to the mill at Blackball. The box cars at the back were for slabs for the boilers and for the locomotive. The photograph was taken in the Pelorus Valley area above Canvastown.
Copied 1961 from Mrs Heath, Havelock.
