Unwanted Children. The Salvation Army's wonderful work. Major J. L. Bringans, the energetic and ebulliant comander of The Salvation Army in Marlborough, has had a busy year - a year with a full evangelistic and social welfare programme. The most singular feature of his activities this year has been the number of children who have needed his attention. This photograph shows Major and Mrs. Bringans, who together handle many human problems. |
