New Zealand Champion Beef Animal. Winner of New Zealand's premier award in the beef section at the Royal Show at Hastings recently, Moy Rescue, exhibited by K.M. and R.S. Dysart, Blind River. The 3 1/2-year-old Beef Shorthorn bull, shown for the first time in New Zealand, won the Meat and Wool Cup - the first occasion that such a high award has come to a Marlborough exhibit. Moy Rescue, purchased in Scotland last year for 950 guineas, will be on exhibition only at the Marlborough Show. He leaves on Monday to compete at the Canterbury Show.
