Stone "Well And Truly Laid". The foundation stone of the new Presbyterian Sunday School was declared "well and truly laid" by the Right Reverend R.G. McDowall, the new Moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand, on Saturday. This photograph shows him addressing the large attendance after the stone was laid. At the left are the Reverend L. Usmar, of Picton, and the Reverend G.L. Taylor, of Blenheim.
