Regenerated Bush Wiped Out Near Havelock. This photograph taken from the state highway on the Canvastown side of Havelock, shows the extent of the recent fire (defined by dotted line) which in three days wiped out 20 years of regenerative growth in a block which was closed for a scenic reserve. Approximately 800 acres were burnt out. The fire was in the Brooklyn Bay area.
