"A pleasing pageant presented by the drama circle featured at the Blenheim Country Women's Institute 27th birthday party in Blenheim yesterday. It was seen by over 200 members and visitors from all member institutes of the Marlborough Federation. The motif was a parade of representatives of various nations and was ably carried out with the aid of excellent costumes. This picture shows those who took part grouped in the final tableau".
