Very early type of hearing aid. Two batteries, a receiver and a speaking piece attached with cord - all in a sturdy box. Label inside box reads "A. E. Slade representing The Mears Ear-Phone Co. Bernard's B'dgs, 387 George St, Sydney." Ear piece has "The Mears Earphone, Mears Earphone Co Inc New York" imprinted around circumference. |
