Description 
Two men standing beside a steam engine that has come off the rails and smashed. The accident happened at Nydia Bay on the 28th January 1911 when the Marlborough Timber Company locomotive left the rails. John Corliss, George Anderson and William O'Brien were killed. The engine driver was Arthur Henderson Birss.
