Description Large, unframed, photograph of Richard William Mapp (Willie), lived in Redwoodtown, in his World War 1 uniform prior to leaving for overseas - born 9 June 1897 at Lincoln, died 18 February 1918 in United Kingdom of measles/pnuemonia, buried Tidworth Military Cemetery, Salisbury Plains, England. Part of Archives collection of R.W. Mapp memorabilia, which includes war diaries and letters.
