Collection MHS (unaccessioned) Textiles
Description One pair of long white cotton net curtains with stylized cotton flowers appliqued to them with tambouring. Have scalloped edges down both sides of the curtains and across the bottom. Have been backed onto fine white nylon material. This was done some 15 years ago (c.1996) when theyt came into the collection as textiles wanted to use them for display in the musuem.

They have been hanging in the Victorian bedroom in the Permanent European History Gallery. Curtains can be seen in image 1 on the left above the dressing table.

Both curtains have been catalogued with the same number as textile manager did not provide separate data or photographs for them. To refer to them singly, please label them A and B.
