| Description |
1878 bone glove stretcher (finger). Has bone hinge and rounded handle. 525 written in ink on one handle. This glove stretcher is at the bottom in the image.
From MHS Minute Book 9, page 16, dated 18 April 1983: "Mrs. Currie presented an ivory glove stretcher to the Society. It is used on kid gloves after thay have been washed." [Archives/Bay 104/Shelf B]. |
