Ultimate Battery Set raido. Model number CFU 52184. Tombstone shape. Used in districts not served by the National grid in the 1930s. 1.5 volt valves with low consumption permitted with the use of dry cells for heater supply.
Has the name Sam Mills and the date 5.10.99 [5 October 1999] on the back. Collected by the Radio Museum Club for the Marlborough Historical Society General Collection. |
